About Us: B&D Install started out as a husband and wife team. We, Brian & Deanna, still own and operate the organization. It has grown way beyond just the two of us. We decided to grow our business because we found a lack of professionalism and service in our competition. We did not think it was fair for people to pay for professonal installation and get the service that others were offering. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. ROC 166296 The root of our business is subcontracting to retailers who sell window coverings. Our business was built around the needs of a large "Box Store". For this reason we are geared up to deal with large accounts. We now install for several "Box Stores" as well as working with local builders through major manufacturers and a few "high end" design firms in Tucson. The other part of our business is repairs. Our repair dept started out as something to keep the warehouse person busy. It did not take long to realize that there was a need for a full service repair dept. B&D's service dept. grew faster than we imagined. Mostly by word of mouth. Through very little advertising and now this web site, people send blinds to us from throughout the US. We have gotten repairs in from as far away as Rhode Island and New York. We are really having fun with this part.
We have 4 office staff, as well as Deanna, to process paperwork and keep things organized and running smoothly. Our installers are certified professional installers. Certified through Hunter Douglas National Training Programs. There are 2 - "Master" installers, 2 - "Journeyman" installers, and 3 - "Apprentice" installers. We also have 1 service tech to run the repair dept. and warehouse. |
